Patience for detail

I have been making this drawing over the period of one year. This is because once I started with this drawing I was determent to fill the whole paper with this pattern. Quickly I lost my interest in the drawing and so I left it unfinished. Because I made the deal with myself to finish the drawing I had periods I started working on it again an quickly left it again. This went on and on and so eventually after one year I finsihed it. How did I finish it? With lots of patience for detail. You will never stop discovering a new part in the drawing because there are so many small details. Keep yourself busy and count the amount of flowers goodluck ;

This drawing was originally made on A3 (30 x 42 cm) paper surface. prints are available in 3 sizes.

note* when ordering a print you only recieve the paper and have to buy a frame yourself if you want that.
